The Rules

All bidders must be registered members of MLS’s website in order to bid. Membership is subject to review and cancellation by MLS.

Each auction lasts for 21 days. Auction results are posted for 7 days after the auction end date.

During the 21-day open auction period, you may enter as many bids as you like.

Auction bidding is online only. MLS will not accept any phone or in-store bids at any time.

MLS requires full payment within 7 days of the auction end date.

Winning bid includes an agreement that the member will purchase the item for the bid amount and follow applicable rules.

All auction items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Auction lot will ship or transport using the same methods as with MLS showroom purchases. MLS can hold auction pieces for 30 days after we receive payment. After that time period, a storage fee may apply.

Bidding history will not be available to view until after auction ends.

Showroom viewing is during normal MLS business hours.
