Hans Wegner Shell Settee
Danish settee, designed by Hans J Wegner (1914-2007) for Fritz Hansen, Denmark 1952. This amazing plywood settee was made of sublime quality beech and teak wood. This sofa is in amazing original condition, this comes from the first owner and the condition is fantastic! The wood has a fantastic patina without damages to the wood. This settee comes from first owner who bought this in the mid 1950s. This was not used a lot, they bought this as second place to sit on. Marked FK Denmark on the bottom.
