Custom orders have a lead time of 10-12 weeks FOB NYC. Lead time contingent upon selection of finishes, approval of shop drawings (if applicable), and receipt COM (if applicable). Multiple requests for finish samples will extend lead time. In circumstances that fall beyond MLS control (force majeure) lead times are subject to change.Lead time is based on deposit date and final sample approvals. Minimum 4 week lead time on upholstery items of fabric receipt.
