Paul McCobb 6 drawer Planner group dresser Ca. 1950s in fully restored condition.Solid maple construction throughout the original McCobb dresser has been restored in a rich satin walnut finish and outfitted with original solid brass conical drawer pulls.6 drawer dresser sits atop a solid maple bench that’s supported by solid turned splayed legs.


Paul McCobb (1917-1969) is an American designer best known for the Planner Group, his collection of clean, utilitarian and well-priced modular residential furniture that was an instant success.  From there, McCobb went on to design many other furniture collections, as well as fabrics, lighting and accessories.  His work is showcased at MoMA and around the world at public institutions and in private collections.
